During February 2026, active work continued on the “Cara Dušana” project within the preparatory phase.

During the reporting period:

• a tender is being conducted for the selection of a demolition contractor;
• the selection of the general contractor is in progress;
• a company for technical supervision and quality control is being selected;
• negotiations with suppliers and site logistics preparation are ongoing.

At this stage, activities are mainly preparatory and may not be visually noticeable, but they are essential to ensure construction quality and adherence to timelines.

The project is progressing according to schedule. The transition to the active construction phase is expected upon completion of tender procedures and site preparation.
