This position is responsible for the organization, coordination, and control of the design process across the company’s projects — from collecting and verifying input data, through the development of design and working documentation, to the coordination of solutions and providing technical support during construction.

The role includes cooperation with the lead designer, subcontractors, internal teams, and external institutions, while ensuring that design solutions comply with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia, the company’s internal standards, deadlines, budget, and the project’s technical and economic targets.

The position also includes change management, technical optimization of solutions, quality control of documentation, coordination of designer supervision, and preparation of reports on design status, deadlines, risks, and key deviations.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• higher technical education, preferably in civil engineering or architecture
• at least 5 years of experience as a lead designer, senior design coordinator, or in a similar role within a development, design, or construction company
• strong knowledge of the legislation and regulatory framework of the Republic of Serbia in the field of design and construction
• experience in preparing technical assignments, planning the design process, and coordinating multiple design disciplines
• ability to review design and working documentation, as well as to align solutions with applicable standards, regulations, and the company’s internal requirements
• experience in cooperation with designers, contractors, suppliers, competent authorities, and other external stakeholders
• understanding of the processes of technical review, obtaining approvals, designer supervision, and technical support during construction
• ability to analyze changes and assess their impact on deadlines, costs, and project quality proactivity, responsibility, precision, and strong organizational and communication skills
• confident use of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/BIM 360 or similar tools, as well as the MS Office package mandatory knowledge of English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage
