This role provides administrative, operational, and communication support, ensuring the smooth and compliant functioning of the company’s daily activities. It includes managing business documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating office and internal processes, as well as cooperating with external partners and institutions.
The role also involves support in external communications and commercial activities, contributing to business efficiency and the company’s professional public image.
We are looking for candidates who have:- experience in administration and office process management
- understanding of business documentation and regulatory requirements
- strong communication and organizational skills
- high level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
- ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- good command of MS Office tools
- fluent English is required; Russian is an advantage
