After the construction of the foundation slab, the formwork for the perimeter structural walls and partition walls and columns at the -3 level was made, with the construction of the elevator shaft and stairs, concreting and preparation for the concreting of the floor at -2, the slab was concreted on 26.05.2025. All the concrete that has been installed has extremely good waterproofing and the production of the formwork for the elevator shaft and the staircase and the perimeter walls of the building has started.

From the beginning of April, the installation of steel metal spacers began to secure the foundation pit, as foreseen in the dynamics of the works, and all to ensure the safety of excavation works.
Excavation and removal of the soil from the excavation to the landfill intended for this type of work was carried out in parallel with the installation of the spacers.
By the end of April, 85% of the excavation was completed and preparation for the construction of the foundation slab continues.

Excavation works are in progress to excavate the pit. Installation of steel collars at the designed height in the first zone of securing the foundation pit from HEA profiles on anchor plates with preparation for the installation of steel spacer profiles on the sides of the excavation in the pile zone provided by the sim project.

The entire excavation to the level of the Head Beam has been completed, and the soil removal from the excavation to the designated landfill for this type of work has been carried out.
The complete piling to the required depth has been finished, along with the concreting of the piles. The complete reinforcement for the Head Beam has been made, and the entire beam has been concreted.
All persons present at the construction site are adhering to all prescribed safety and health measures at work. With improved weather conditions, the conditions are being met to accelerate the progress of the work.

The construction work on the Signature Zvečanska project continued in January 2025
The preparation of the gravel foundation for the drilling rig was completed. The necessary equipment and materials were delivered: drilling rig, reinforcement cages for the piles.
Work began on constructing the pit protection structure – installing bored piles with a diameter of 400 mm around the perimeter of the building. Currently, 50% of the piles have been completed.

The demolition of existing buildings on the project has been completed, the area has been cleared, and all construction waste has been sorted and transported to specialized landfills for waste disposal. Additionally, preparatory works have been carried out: the construction site perimeter has been fenced, a temporary workers' settlement has been organized, and temporary power and water supply systems for the construction site have been installed. Excavation of the foundation pit has begun. The excavation has been completed to the level from which the installation of the protective foundation pit fence will begin — bored pile foundations around the perimeter of the future building.
