A New Landmark for Belgrade: Signature Development Begins Construction of Signature Zemun

Signature Development has officially started construction of Signature Zemun, a premium residential development located at Cara Dušana 130 in Belgrade. The beginning of construction activities follows months of project preparation, technical coordination, permitting procedures, and site organization. The project represents an important step in the company’s continued growth in the Serbian residential market and reflects Signature Development’s commitment to creating high-quality living environments in exceptional urban locations.

Designed in collaboration with renowned architects, Signature Zemun consists of four residential buildings with 122 apartments ranging from 26 to 100 m², offering a variety of layouts for different lifestyles. The project includes a private landscaped courtyard, children’s playgrounds, outdoor recreation areas, commercial spaces, and a one-level underground garage with 131 parking spaces. Located in the heart of Old Zemun, close to the Danube riverfront and Gardoš Tower, the complex combines architectural uniqueness, privacy, and long-term investment value. Construction will continue according to the planned schedule, with completion expected in 2029.
